Hunter Industries, Inc. was incorporated in California on December 28, 1971, by directors Bernard Perlin, Jerome A. Reiner, and M.E. Kemzura. According to its Articles of Incorporation, “the specific business in which the corporation is primarily to engage is that of the manufacture and sale of fiberglass house trailers.”
By 1974, Hunter Industries had named Michael Del Piano as general sales manager and Harry Zapulla as purchasing agent. Val Tardif was plant superintendent.
